Aimi

Aimi was inspired by Tanizaki’s ‘In Praise of Shadows’. His study of light and shadows is reflected in the combination of satin and metallic glazes. Subdued light bounces off this collection to conjure a magical atmosphere in which to enjoy a meal. As always with Japanese design the assembly of pieces must be well considered to create harmony and balance.
